The first £195 in platform fees are waived

We waive our 1% platform fee up to the value of £195 making your property advert essentially free.

The waiver resets each renewal year and is capped at your £195 fee. After you have saved £195 the standard 1% (capped at £25) platform fees apply.

Our listing sites currently cover Portugal and Greece. We’re weighing up a global site to sit alongside them, it’s a plan we’re testing, not a promise yet.
