No. The booking & payments engine is available right now, you can sign up today and start taking direct bookings. The website is an optional upgrade we’re building next and the waitlist is just for that.

Your own branded booking website on your domain, with hosting, SSL and backups; the full Owners HQ engine built in; and a free listing for every property on our villa sites. The only other charge is the standard 1% platform fee (capped at £25) on bookings managed through the bookings engine.

Early adopters join while the product is new, so they get the launch price of £295/year, locked for as long as they keep renewing. Once the website tool is fully launched new customers pay the £395 standard rate. Joining the waitlist is how you secure the lower price. We will be asking founding members on the £295 rate for feedback during the launch period.

No, if you can setup and manage an advert on places like Airbnb or VRBO then you can setup your own website with us. Getting up and running yourself is straight-forward with clear instructions provided. If you’d rather we did it for you, an optional done-for-you setup is available.

On-going management is also easy, no complex PMS or wordpress admin to fight with, no updates to apply, and no 3rd party integrations that constantly break.

We don’t promise booking numbers because once someone enquires we have no control over whether they go on to book or not. You’re buying the website; the listing is a genuine bonus that adds free exposure on top of your own direct bookings.

Our listing sites do generate bookings and enquiries, we have customers who have been listing for years happily paying £195 a year for the advert alone.
